    Motivation is a feeling and feelings are inconsistent. When you want to achieve something in life, you need consistency. Having a purpose for your behavior helps to build consistency.

    Most of the time, we rely on motivation to get us through our struggles. We think that if we just have the motivation to do it, then we'll be able to succeed. But the truth is, motivation is a tool, not a permanent solution.
