In this wide-ranging interview at his law office in Center City, Solomon talks about why he’s committed to reform, what’s happening with the Roosevelt Boulevard SEPTA project, and how – maybe most controversially – he says people should go to the Northeast for the best and cheapest restaurants in the city.
