  • Why Is My Baby Waking Every Hour?
    Jan 13 2026

“The number one question we hear from parents is: Why is my baby waking every hour all night long?

It’s the number one question we hear from parents — and one of the hardest parts of managing sleep. In this episode, we talk about why frequent night wakings are so common and share somethings you can put in place to help your baby start sleeping longer stretches. If you’re exhausted and looking for answers, this episode is for you.

The Happy Sleep Company’s Infant / Toddler Sleep Program is suited best for children who are 14 weeks to 3 years of age and still sleeping in a crib. Children at this age need healthy sleep for proper development, to boost their immune systems, and to help them take in the big, bright, ever-changing world around them. At this age and in this environment, amazing sleep habits can be established very quickly with loads of consistency and tons of love involved!

We will work closely with your family to develop a sleep plan that is right for your child, and help you help your little one to be sleeping through the night and taking proper naps within our two weeks together! LEARN MORE HERE

  • Q&A: Capping the Nap, Wake Windows, Sleeping With A Pacifier & More!
    Jan 6 2026

Answering this week's Top 5 Sleep Questions. This week’s questions highlight the following topics:

    - Do you cap the nap of a 19 month old? If so, at what time or how long?

    - What is the best bedtime for a 2 year old? He naps for 2 hours and usually wakes up for the day around 6am.

    - My 7 month old has wake windows of 2 hours before nap 1, and then 2 hours 15 mins leading up to his other naps and bedtime. He’s starting to take longer to fall asleep. Do you have suggested schedule changes? Is he ready for a 2 nap day?

    - My three month old struggles to fall asleep without the soother, and also struggles to keep the soother in. Do you have any advice?

    - Is rocking and feeding to sleep ever ok? I have a 12 week old and naps are getting tougher, especially in the afternoon!

Don’t need step-by-step sleep coaching, but need advice on age-specific awake times, milestones, regressions, scheduling tweaks, and more? Our Sleep Guides have you covered!
