    Every so often, something hits the inbox that stops me in my tracks. This is one of those emails.In this episode, I’m sharing a message from a man named Marcus—someone who claims to be a former member of a secretive military unit tasked with cleaning up after encounters with cryptids, aliens, and other classified threats. Bigfoot. Dogman. UFOs. You name it—he says he’s seen it, and worse.

    But the reason Marcus reached out? That’s where things get truly unsettling.According to him, his unit was deployed to deal with a terrifying incident involving feral people—a group deep in the wilderness responsible for a string of disappearances and brutal killings. He claims they weren’t just wild… they were organized. Dangerous. Predatory.

    If you’ve listened to That Bigfoot Podcast, you’ll know Wayne and I have talked about feral people in the Appalachians before. And while it sounds like the stuff of horror movies, there are documented cases of strange disappearances and alleged human predators in remote areas. Marcus’s email adds a new layer to that disturbing possibility.
