I've professionally coached over 400 creatives in 27 different countries, helping them improve their confidence, self-promotional abilities, and creative career paths.

But before I began supporting creatives full-time, I was a Sr. Creative Director + Designer with 20 yrs. of experience in the trenches of both agency and in-house environments. I learned first-hand what happens to our mental health if we don't pay attention to it in this industry.

By blending my extensive creative industry experience with the frameworks of neuroscience & psychology, I can help you implement effective strategies to improve your creative professional mental health, so you can feel energized, empowered, and find the career success you truly deserve! • Overriding Patterns That Crush Creativity
    Dec 2 2025

Hey Creative! Whether it’s self-doubt, procrastination, fear of visibility, or the belief that your ideas aren’t good enough—these aren’t personality traits. They’re neurobiological loops formed through past experiences, emotional memories, and repetition.

The good news? Your brain is wired for change.

In this episode, we explore the neuroscience behind the invisible, automatic patterns that shape your creative path—often without your permission.

    You’ll learn:

    • 😱 Why old career wounds resurface during new opportunities—and how you can update the emotional charge behind them.
    • 🌟 How to interrupt self-limiting loops by leveraging context shifts, and sensory cues.
    • 🤔 What happens in the brain when you consistently practice new behaviors, and how those pathways gradually become your default.

  • The Hidden Therapeutic Relief in Flow
    Nov 18 2025

In this special podcast episode, my guest Renata McElvany (Creativity Coach & Sr. Designer ) and I dive into the details of how flow state isn’t just a productivity booster—it’s a neurobiological reset button that allows the brain to shift into a restorative pattern that creates many hidden therapeutic benefits.

Three key takeaways from this episode:

    1. How flow state reduces stress in real time and suppresses the brain’s threat circuits, creating a natural calming effect.
    2. Why flow is a powerful form of emotional relief for creative minds. and how it quiets the inner critic, easing self-judgment and overthinking patterns.
    3. The benefits of using flow to integrate unresolved feelings in the background, similar to what often happens in therapy.

This episode reframes flow not as an escape, but as a regenerative experience that helps creative people recharge, process difficult emotions, and rebuild their self-confidence during times of uncertainty.
