Robin's transition wasn't all sunshine and rainbows, in fact she gets vulnerable and talks about how it led to the deepest depression of her life. But that low point was the catalyst for the self-work she was meant to do. She shares how she finally started listening to the little voice telling her she was meant for something greater.

We bonded over check-in questions as a strategy for connection with your teammate and she shares her go-to check-in question that leaves her feeling truly connected to her husband.

Robin dropped this truth bomb, and we had to write it down for you: "Your past does not define you. It prepares you." She beautifully explains that even the "bad things" in her life happened for her, preparing her to serve the people she's meant to serve today.
