When COVID-19 hit, our weekly in-person chat went virtual, and we decided to invite you in for even more accountability. There's no hiding, no trying to make ourselves better than we are, just real talk about our struggles and wins as we journey towards better health on Weight Watchers, and you're welcome to join in.

    What happens when your body starts to define how you see yourself?

    If your confidence has ever felt tied to your weight, you’re not alone. It’s easy to look back at past versions of yourself and only see what you wish was different instead of recognizing the strength, growth, and life you were living in that moment.

    Our conversation this week digs into why body image and identity get so intertwined, how that impacts our confidence day to day, and why it’s so hard to show compassion to who we used to be. You’ll hear real talk about shifting the way we speak to ourselves, especially when old photos, memories, or comparisons try to pull us back into self-criticism.
