My new favourite Sophie Green novel! Loved everything about this one!! And the chance to chat was just just as great! Sophie is the definition of a busy person and gosh I just loved that we could talk Princess Di, the importance of adornment, the 80s and creativity all in less that 20 minutes!!

I fell into this novel; real characters, a story I couldn't stop thinking about and I could smell the ginger in the tea! SO well done!!!!!! I couldn't wait to chat to Stefanie Koens about her debut Daughters of Batavia and goodness I chewed her ears off!!!

I think whether you are familiar with the shipwreck or not this is an incredible novel, and Stefanie was just the loveliest...
