    Today we are diving into failure - why we fear it, how it keeps us from reaching our goals AND a simple shift that changes everything...finding the gold in it.

    I have coached over 100 women, most tell me that they've tried everything and nothing works. Most are hesitant to try again out of fear that it will just be one more thing that doesn't work. And yet, it's that fear of failure that keeps them stuck, that leaves them feeling uncomfortable in their own skin, believing they can't do it.
