  • The power in permission as a coach
    Apr 29 2025

What is it in your life which you are still asking permission for? What would it feel like to finally take that leap and that action and give yourself permission?

We delve into the power of what it is like to give permission as a coach when helping others draw closer to living their most authentic life and self with Jessica Holliland.

Join us as we join Jessica as she shares insights into what it is like to:

    • Drop the weight of responsibility for session outcomes and shift that responsibility onto the coachee
    • Create clear expectations as to what sort of work a coach does and how they help you find your own conclusions, in differences between mentors and coaches.
    • Give permission. To clients who are held back by outdated or limiting belief systems.

We encourage listeners to answer the above questions and ask themselves where they may be holding themselves back in their lives from not giving themselves permission. Jessica invites us into a safe place where she holds space to give permission to take the leap and go for it!

So let us know - what is it you are still asking permission for?
