One of the biggest hurdles to get over as an athlete and a person is that your success isn't defined by the achievements you have made but by the growth, you've had along the way. in today's episode, I walk through a few areas in my life that I felt I needed to redefine what success looks like. I had the wonderful opportunity to interview a long-time mentor and great teacher about how his definitions of success have changed over time and how he has applied those principles in his coaching and parenting.
