    In this episode, I get real about the food rules and beliefs I've collected over 36 years, why "I'm just the type of person who..." can be as restrictive as "I can't have that," and how I'm still working through some of this shit even though I haven't cared about mealtimes in years.

    Plus: why getting triggered by "you don't need a sweet treat every day" led to an important realization about identity-based beliefs.
