  • From Survival to Healing, Noelle Liston’s Journey to Helping Others Thrive
    Mar 11 2026

In this episode of Ordinary Extraordinary, I sit down with Noelle Liston, founder of New Life Therapies in Foynes, Co. Limerick. Noelle’s work is deeply rooted in her own powerful life journey.

In 2006, Noelle survived a devastating car accident and spent 50 days in hospital recovering from multiple injuries. She had to learn how to walk again. That life-changing experience gave her a profound appreciation for the body’s incredible ability to heal and sparked a deep interest in caring for our physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.

In July 2024, after completing the Dawson Program Corrective Sounds course, Noelle founded New Life Therapies to support others on their own healing journeys. Her holistic approach focuses on restoring balance in mind, body and spirit through therapies such as Aromatouch Massage, Reiki, Theta Healing and Dawson Program Corrective Sounds. Her work combines gentle touch, sound, energy healing and meditation techniques to help release stress, trauma and limiting beliefs so the body can return to a more balanced and optimal state.

In our conversation, Noelle shares openly about growing up, the impact of her accident, being drawn to holistic healing, learning the Dawson Technique, and her experience walking the Camino. It’s an honest, real and inspiring conversation about resilience, healing and finding purpose through life’s challenges.
