  • Quinlan Walther: Stop Chasing Love Just Because You’re Lonely! (Do THIS to Attract the RIGHT Relationship)
    Oct 20 2025

Have you ever stayed in a relationship just to avoid being alone?

Did staying make you feel better or worse over time?

Today, Jay sits down with writer and relationship coach Quinlan Walther to explore what it truly means to build healthy, lasting relationships. Quinlan, known for her viral reflections on love and self-trust, explains the difference between wanting a relationship and being ready for one. She compares it to grocery shopping when you’re hungry, a reminder that desperation often drives us to make poor emotional choices. Together, they explore how self-awareness, emotional safety, and self-trust form the foundation for a genuine connection. Quinlan introduces her “Four C’s of Self-Trust”: curiosity, capacity, compassion, and commitment, a framework for strengthening one’s relationship with the self before seeking partnership.

Jay and Quinlan confront the hard truths about modern love, how expectations, attachment wounds, and emotional burnout often distort our perception of what love should feel like. They explore the difference between chemistry and compatibility, reminding listeners that while excitement can spark a connection, it’s shared values and emotional maturity that sustain it. Quinlan emphasizes that relationships are not meant to fill our emptiness but to reflect our growth. Through stories and practical wisdom, she explains how the healthiest relationships allow space for vulnerability, accountability, and change, rather than perfection. Jay reflects on his own marriage, highlighting how communication, patience, and self-reflection create emotional safety and deepen love over time.

    In his interview, you'll learn:

How to Know If You’re Ready for Love

How to Build Self-Trust Before Dating

How to Create Emotional Safety in Relationships

How to Tell Chemistry from Compatibility

How to Set Boundaries Without Guilt

How to Heal After a Breakup

How to Stop Repeating Unhealthy Patterns

How to Grow Together Without Losing Yourself

Real connection isn’t about finding someone to fix or complete us, it’s about growing into the version of ourselves that can give and receive love freely. Every heartbreak, disappointment, and moment of self-reflection brings us closer to understanding that love begins within.

    With Love and Gratitude,

  • You’re Manifesting Wrong! Follow THIS 3-Step Alignment Formula That Actually Works (This is Life Changing!)
    Oct 17 2025

    Do you believe in manifestation?

    What are you currently manifesting?

Manifestation isn’t about magic, shortcuts, or wishing something into existence, it’s about clarity, belief, and intentional action. In today’s episode, Jay unpacks the biggest myths around manifestation and explains why vision boards, affirmations, and journaling alone often leave us feeling stuck or unfulfilled. Instead, he shows us how to set clear goals, pair affirmations with real action, and create systems that actually move us forward.

Through practical steps and powerful research, Jay reshapes our understanding of manifestation, not as wishful thinking, but as the alignment of our thoughts, words, and actions. He reveals why positivity without effort quickly falls flat, how struggle signals growth rather than failure, and why surrender can be an act of wisdom instead of passivity. Jay shows us how to actively create the life we imagine. Whether your pursuit is abundance, purpose, or simply the courage to take the next step, he reminds us that manifestation isn’t about waiting for the universe to deliver, it’s about showing up ready, prepared, and fully present for the opportunities ahead.

    In this episode, you'll learn:

How to Set Clear Goals for Manifestation

How to Pair Affirmations with Daily Action

How to Break Big Dreams into Small Steps

How to Turn Desire Into Direction

How to Value Growth Over Outcome

Growth is rarely smooth or instant, but it’s always possible when you stay committed to the process. Keep showing up with clarity, with consistency, and courage, because the life you dream of is created one intentional choice at a time.

    Jay Shetty

  • Judd Apatow: Fear of Rejection Holding You Back? THIS Trick Will Silence the Inner Critic & Help You Feel Confident to Create
    Oct 15 2025

What does rejection feel like to you?

What do you usually do to move past that feeling?

Today, Jay sits down with legendary filmmaker and comedian Judd Apatow for a vulnerable and inspiring conversation on life, creativity, and resilience. Known for shaping modern comedy with films like The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up, Judd opens up about the struggles behind the success, sharing how self-doubt, early failures, and rejection shaped him into the storyteller he is today. He reflects on the power of mentorship, the lessons he learned from icons like Gary Shandling, and why finding your voice often requires patience, humility, and a willingness to fail forward.

Together, Jay and Judd explore how comedy can be both healing and revealing, born not just out of joy but often out of pain. Judd talks about the risks he took, the creative experiments that didn’t work, and how those “failures” became stepping stones toward lasting impact. He reveals how therapy, mindfulness, and even family dynamics have influenced his work, and why the most meaningful measure of success is not box office numbers, but whether your work truly connects with people.

    In this interview, you'll learn:

How to Find Your Creative Voice

How to Balance Ambition with Presence

How to Use Mentorship to Grow

    How to Push Through Self-Doubt

    How to Create With Authenticity

    How to Learn From Rejection

How to Protect Your Flow State

The setbacks you face today can become the foundation of your greatest breakthroughs tomorrow. Stay patient with the process, stay true to yourself, and keep moving forward with faith that your story has meaning and impact waiting to unfold.

I've been listening to On Purpose for over a year consistently, it is my Monday pick me up before work. It's always very motivating and it reminds me that I don't need to scare and stress about Monday, instead, it's a new opportunity to do what I want.

I've also follow Jay's meditation on YouTube and there's a funny experience I 'd like to share. Recently, I've taken a free dive class to experience something new. In order to calm my breath, the first thing that came to my mind was Jay' s voice saying " Calm, Balance & Peace" with the same amount of pauses he always said it, that boosted my courage to dive down into the ocean, to experience the unknown, it was wonderful.

Thank you again for the work that you've done.

A podcast that adds value to your life.
