Reporting from the gender lens is important; reporting it right is indispensable. In this interaction with one of our seasoned reporters from Maharashtra, we talk about her experiences and learnings in covering two stories from Beed as a part of the Laadli Media Fellowship.

The first story brings out the plight of people at the cross-section of gender and disability, while the second story brings to the fore the challenges of single women in rural areas. These two stories are also great examples of covering the gender beat with an intersectional lens.
