Richard Kelch became certified with his wife after moving to a new city to create new friendships. Eventually, he joined a dive club to enjoy and spend more time underwater. With his local diving in The Great Lakes, it was only a matter of time before he discovered his love for wreck diving. As the wrecks became deeper, he would find himself moving into higher levels of training. After receiving a phone call one Sunday evening, he would find himself becoming co-owner along with friend Greg Hilliard, of Subsea Propulsion Systems. Please enjoy.

For several years Simon Bailey flirted with diving before becoming certified. Eventually earning his certification, he fell in love with this sport, as many of us do. One thing led to another and he would find himself 11 years out of the water. In this episode, I sit down with him and speak about his journey back to the aquatic environment. He became cave-certified in Mexico, moving on to spend time in the mines of Germany and France.
