    What places or locations in your life just OPEN your heart? Invite you to slow down. Calms you. Makes you smile.


    THAT is a sacred place. Doesn’t even have to be considered that for others. It’s about what makes you feel supported and most able to grow with safety.


    Oftentimes those sacred places aren’t because of the physical place but the people, memories, etc. that were a part of that place to allow your heart, soul and mind be on board with making that spot— yours.

  • Life Complacency & Neglecting Yourself When In Relationship | Lead and Love Series

    I'm on TOP of my game when single, or if my partner is not around. Yet, when I'm in relationship, I just get so present I forget everything else, my vision, my discipline, my routine.


    THIS is a TOUGH state to be in because the "love only" side doesn't have many cons. Life is comfortable! Who wouldn't want more love, cookies baked, house decorated every week, cuddles, listening ear, etc. Buttttttttt...there is a con. You feel like your sense of Self & strive is slowly but surely diminishing. How do you even bring it back when you're now comfortable here!!


    We dive into WHY this happens and how to get through to the balance of both leading yourself and loving your partner & self in this episode!!

  • Too Focused on Yourself to Love Your Partner | Lead and Love Series

    Too focused on yourself, your success, your growth, etc. to love your partner. Just not enough time ti love him/her right ;)

    More often than not, the cringey shoulder tense & back arch when your partner tries to touch you is because your mind is just elsewhere. Not receptive for love in that moment.


    When these moments occur more and more often, we have to start asking ourself- how much am I just focused on myself and not really this relationship?

    "How come I can't snap out of thinking about work when I just want to enjoy time with my partner? "

    "I'm hypermasculine and I know it. I feel obsessed with it now."

    It's a hard question, but inside of it is a WHOLE JOURNEY of growth for You.
