    In part two of our peptide mini-series, I’m joined by Dr. Aleksandra Gajer to talk about something that genuinely surprised me: the role peptides may play in supporting skin elasticity, collagen production, hair growth, immune function, and healthy aging in midlife women.

    Most of us think of peptides in the context of GLP-1s and weight loss. But what if peptides could also target inflammation, oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and even immune aging — the deeper drivers behind wrinkles, thinning hair, and that “why do I suddenly look older?” feeling?
