    Eamonn is the proprietor and main man at Buck Mulligans whiskey bar in Northcote Melbourne and a wealth of knlowedge about all things uisce beatha. Bucks is a whiskey bar and bookshop and a great place to while away an afternoon nursing a pint and a small one while you peruse some pleasant prose and poetry at your leisure.     The very first episode of Micks down under podcast featuring Caroline McDaid, the charming and visionary owner of McDaid's pub in Rosebud Victoria.  as of 16th December 2022 McDaid's has 4.5 stars from almost 500 google reviews which is pretty impressive. We listen to Caroline telling her story of coming to Australia from her home town of Derry and how she ended up as publican on the Mornington peninsula bringing a wee taste of Ireland to the people of Rosebud.
