Bourbon Renewal aka Stephen Miller

2oz bourbon
1oz fresh lemon juice
0.5oz simple syrup
o.5oz creme de cassis
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Lemon wheel for garnish

Put all liquid ingredients into a shaker filled with cracked ice.
Hard shake until well chilled
Strain and pour into lowball with ice
Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel or a candied lemon wheel

Peach Botanical Spritz

1.5 oz Ketel One Botanical Peach and Orange Blossom Vodka
.5 oz fresh orange juice
.3 oz peach liqueur
.3 oz fresh lemon juice
.3 oz seltzer water or sparkling wine

Fill a nice big wine glass with ice.
Add all the ingredients.
Stir gently.
Garnish with fruit slices such as peach or orange.

The White Lady - Every Ghost's Favorite Libation

Ingredients
1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Cointreau
0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Add all three ingredients into your cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.

Shake until the drink is well-chilled and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

This drink is served without a garnish but a candied lemon peel is acceptable.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with cracked ice and shake hard, at least 30 seconds, until drink is well chilled.
Strain and pour into a lowball glass filled with ice.

*Drink less tip: This drink can be topped up with cold club soda for a longer, more refreshing experience.

2 dashes Peychaud Bitters
Garnish with a sliced apple

Pour liquids into a shaker with ice and stir well until chilled
Strain and pour into a lowball glass filled with ice

This one is best on the rocks and can be topped up with club soda if a long drink is preferable.

Rum Daisy

1 1/2 ounces Puerto Rican rum (Ani uses Don Q 151)
Juice of 1/2 lime
splash of Grenadine

In a shaker filled with cracked ice, squeeze the half lime and drop it in the shaker.
Add the Grenadine and the rum and shake well.
Pour without straining into an old fashioned glass.

Ani likes to dress this with a good quality maraschino cherry and a slice of very sweet pineapple
