    I watched a male turkey trying to herd his flock and from the way he was all frumpled up, it apparently wasn’t going very well. I think of people like that when things aren’t going the way they want them to. I don’t know about turkeys, but people can pause when things are out of proportion, take a breath, and connect with their Source to help them unfrumple.

    We are now officially entering the fall season. The temperatures will soon fall to the freezing point, and the leaves will fall from the trees. I think of the word “fall” as a stumble in life and how we may rise up again using positivity and heart-based love to use the situation as a building block for the future.
