Martinez recently provided a short talk at the 17th annual Back to School Bash collaboration between the St. Ellis Full Gospel Church, Fellowship of Faith Christian Center, and Touch, Love, and Care Outreach Ministries in Opelika, Alabama. The theme of the bash was Soaring to Success: The Sky Is The Limit. Martinez imparted his top five things that we can all do to achieve success in every area of our lives:

1. Do everything to the best of your ability.

2. Have a strong work ethic.

3. Be rooted in Faith and believe in yourself.

4. Know when to take a break, rest, and reset.

5. Plan. Prepare. Execute.

Achieving Success In All Areas is Martinez's newest keynote speech. The presentation starts with key definitions of failure and success. He then discusses ways in which he has failed in four specific quadrants: personal, professional, academic, and financial. After that, he transitions into sharing how he succeeded in those same four quadrants. Martinez shares a few specific things that enabled him to turn failures into successes. He includes scriptures that he relies on to keep him grounded as well as a few quotes. The purpose of the episode is to encourage those who may feel they are failing at something and to provide them with a few ideas on how they can turn those same failures into success.
