  • Episode 21: Frankie’s Tiki Room with P Moss and Bamboo Ben

    Aloha, tikiphiles! Thanks for joining me for the first episode of Marooned of the new decade. Today's guests are owner, P Moss, and builder, Bamboo Ben, of Frankie's Tiki Room in the Ninth Island, Las Vegas, NV. The cocktail of the episode is the Frankie's original, Tiki Bandit. The recipe is as follows: 3/4 oz Gold Jamaican Rum 3/4 oz Pineapple Rum 1/2 oz blue curaçao 1/2 oz or great 1/2 oz passion fruit syrup 2 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz white grapefruit juice 2 oz ginger ale Pineapple and cherries for garnish To make the Tiki Bandit, build over ice in a 17-ounce snifter, then pour into a cocktail shaker. Without shaking, re-pour into snifter.
