Mollie was struck by a bad bout of insomnia while traveling internationally and while she sought help from doctors, supplements, and her own research, it soon escalated into chronic sleep deprivation. Through trying to understand her own sleeping habits, she soon realized there was a huge gap in our understanding of how to get a good night's sleep. Now Mollie is using her company, the Sleep is a Skill podcast, and popular newsletter, to teach everyone how to relearn the "forgotten skill" of sleep through understanding chronobiology and circadian rhythms.

    Mollie talks with Emma and Helen about the pros and cons of bringing your phone to bed, why when you eat dinner is so important to a good night of sleep, and how light impacts your internal clock.
