Paul gives a clear pathway to peace through consistency, unity, serving together, choosing joy, showing gentleness, praying with thanksgiving, and fixing our minds on what is true. This passage reminds us that peace is not the absence of problems, but the presence of God guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.You do not stumble into peace. There is a pathway that leads to it.

In this sermon, “Living as Enemies,” we walk through Philippians 3:17–21 and are challenged to examine what our lives actually reveal. Paul warns that it is possible to claim Christ while living in a way that opposes the cross. Through this passage, we see four clear characteristics of those who live as enemies of the cross: they focus on earthly things, glory in what should bring shame, are controlled by their appetites, and ultimately walk toward destruction.
Jesus died so that enemies of God could be reconciled and become friends of God.

We’re In This Together — In Philippians 2:19–30, Paul shows us that gospel ministry is never a solo act. Through Timothy and Epaphroditus, we see what real partnership looks like: surrendered servants, suffering soldiers, and selfless leaders who pour their lives into others.
