The Secret to Lasting Joy teaches that true joy is not found in circumstances, possessions, or success, but in a relationship with Christ. Lasting joy is also strengthened through the support of God’s people, as community and shared burdens remind us we are not alone. Additionally, joy deepens when we trust God as our ultimate provider, recognizing that He meets our needs through His provision. Ultimately, contentment and generosity free us from discontentment and anchor our joy in something eternal rather than temporary.

In this sermon, “Pathway to Peace,” we walk through Philippians 4:1–9 and see that the peace of God is not random, it is the result of walking in obedience to God. Paul gives a clear pathway to peace through consistency, unity, serving together, choosing joy, showing gentleness, praying with thanksgiving, and fixing our minds on what is true. This passage reminds us that peace is not the absence of problems, but the presence of God guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.You do not stumble into peace. There is a pathway that leads to it.

In this sermon, “Living as Enemies,” we walk through Philippians 3:17–21 and are challenged to examine what our lives actually reveal. Paul warns that it is possible to claim Christ while living in a way that opposes the cross. Through this passage, we see four clear characteristics of those who live as enemies of the cross: they focus on earthly things, glory in what should bring shame, are controlled by their appetites, and ultimately walk toward destruction.
Jesus died so that enemies of God could be reconciled and become friends of God.
