    Ruthe and Tim aren’t your typical podcast co-hosts—and that’s exactly what makes their show so compelling.

    They share the same mom through adoption, but they’re not blood relatives and weren’t raised together. When they first met, Ruthe was 19 and Tim was just 5—connected by family, but worlds apart in age, experience, and perspective.

    Ruthe is a woman of deep faith. Tim identifies as agnostic. Their conversations reflect that contrast—sometimes clashing, often challenging, and always rooted in honesty.

    Years ago, one of those conversations became a turning point. What started as a disagreement escalated into silence. For over six years, they didn’t speak—just a few texts here and there. Enough to know the other was still out there, but distant.

    But time has a way of softening edges.And so does prayer.

    After years of growth, healing, and some brutally honest conversations, Ruthe and Tim made a bold decision: to rebuild their connection—and do it out loud, on-mic.
