    You may seem confident on the outside, but inside, self-doubt, overthinking, or big emotions can take control.

    Many of us carry invisible wounds from childhood, times we felt unseen, unheard, or unimportant. Those old patterns can follow us into adulthood, shaping how we see ourselves, our choices, and our relationships.

    I believe it is our role, to reparent ourselves and be the kind of support we always craved.

    When we do this, we get to create a life bigger than we imagined.

    In this episode, Carly Ann, a psychotherapist and Somatic Coach who specialises in self-esteem and self-worth, talks about reparenting, a gentle and practical way to give yourself the care and support you may have missed as a child.
