With two small children, she was suddenly faced with emotional devastation, financial ruin, and the immediate need to secure her family's future.

She shares her deeply personal journey of finding her husband, the immediate aftermath, and how she was determined to make his death "not in vain". You'll hear:

The "Cancer of the Soul" She explains how she views suicide as an illness—the cancer of the soul—and the importance of speaking openly about it to help break the stigma.

The Path to Healing: Why she immediately sought counseling and trauma therapy for herself and her children to ensure her mental health was a priority.

Perseverance & Discipline: Her athlete's mindset and her mother's example helped her face overwhelming debt and impossible choices by taking things literally "one day at a time".

Finding Forgiveness: She opens up about overcoming anger by understanding that her late husband "didn't want to leave, he just didn't know how to stay".

A New Legacy: How she's using her experience and her small business teaching kids to ride bikes to instill the core value: "If you fall 100 times, you get up 101 times".
