  • Muscle Building VS Longevity Part 2
    May 16 2023

When I was younger, my primary objective was to build as much muscle as possible, even if it meant disregarding my health. However, now that I'm in my late 30s, my priorities have shifted, and I am more concerned about living a long and healthy life.

As I researched the physiology and pathways involved in longevity, I discovered how these two objectives can conflict with each other. So I decided to embark on a mission to determine if it is possible to build muscle without shortening one's lifespan.

In this podcast, Dr. Dean St. Mart, an expert in drug design and pharmacology with a Ph.D. in synthetic and organic chemistry, and I dive deep into the science of longevity. We explore different lifestyle changes, supplements, and pharmaceutical interventions that can help promote a longer lifespan without compromising muscle growth.

This conversation only scratches the surface of this complex topic, and I look forward to having Dean back on the podcast to continue exploring it further.
