    We have a special story brought to you by KVMR Youth News Corps reporter Kennedy Lyman this week. Kennedy found herself curious about the state of athletics in public high schools. Are girls and boys teams being equally supported, funded, and championed? Is anyone even keeping track? She set out to ask, what she thought, were simple questions and find answers, but it turned out to be much more difficult than she had anticipated. KVMR’s resident science correspondent Al Stahler takes us way back to the days of the early universe and we close with an essay by Nevada City poet Molly Fisk.
