Gabby is joining KAIROS 3 for her first appearance on the show, and a seasoned professional at SUPERFIGHTS as a Purple Belt. She joins the show, fighting in the under 68kg against Madison Murphy on Sunday 16th November at Escapology BJJ in Cambridge.

This will be the first time for Gabby meeting Madison on the mats and it looks to be another exciting match, but will it be Gi or No Gi, we will wait and see!

Matyas Jonas is joining KAIROS 3 as an under 66kg professional male athlete, and his very first guest spot on a podcast. He shares his passion for competing, and preparations for the upcoming event. Capri is joining KAIROS 3 for her first appearance on the show, and her first SUPERFIGHT as a Blue Belt. She represents the UK75kg+ Female Grapplers, fighting in the under 87kg against Annabelle Holmes on Sunday 16th November at her home gym of Escapology BJJ in Cambridge.

This will be a 'rematch' on the back of a recent IBJJF win against Annebelle. Capri will be bringing some great takedowns, do keep an eye out for her creative circus art flexibility.

Harris is based in Athens, and trains at Octagon Academy Jiu Jitsu. As an under 66kg Masters Professional Athlete, he brings patience and exceptional technique to KAIROS 3. He will indeed positively represent himself and his city at the upcoming event.

Daniël de Groot is returning this season to KAIROS 3 'to defend his title' after a win back in April against Tommy Yip. This new Pro Jiu Jitsu event, takes place on Sunday 16th November at Escapology BJJ in Cambridge and will be showcasing the under 66kg male professional athletes.

Daniël favours Nogi, and spent a great deal of time mastering the art of coin tossing to secure this style of Jiu Jitsu for KAIROS 2. Sadly, coin-tossing wasn't part of the event, but thankfully his early morning Jiu Jitsu competition training did stand him in good stead for the win last time.
