I have gone through so many transformations over the course of the last 3 years.

here is an update on how its going and how its growing.  

Here's to learning how to stand in your identity, stand in your energy field and leaving the labels and limitations.

It's time we really ask ourselves, What role am I playing in this moment? Am I acting out of presence or am I acting out of expectations and insecurities. How can I nurture this awareness? & most importantly, am I getting the results that I want?
