In my profession, I don’t just get to give clients good news. I have to deliver bad news as well. Today I’m going to talk about why it is important to give people this news instead of just avoiding them. Doing this hasn’t just made me a better businesswoman, it has made me a better person. It isn’t just about facing your problems, it is also about treating people like human beings. It is about the importance of honesty.

Sure, you can buy fashion, but you can’t buy the other two. Class is how you hold yourself. Class is something you build. Just the same, you can’t buy your own style, you create it.
