The winery also produces the acclaimed 100% Aglianico "Core" red wine, further cementing its reputation for producing wines of exceptional quality and typical regional character. In 1995, Robert Parker first dubbed Montevetrano "the Sassicaia of the South," a testament to its legendary status and comparative quality.
