The entire concept of delegated authority It really started with God giving humanity dominion or authority over the earth which is found in Genesis chapter 1 verse 26. Shortly thereafter humanity lost that authority with the fall of Adam and Eve. Now Satan being the deceiver and liar that he is manipulated the fall of Adam and Eve to position himself as a authoritarian over earth.

The next move was Jesus taking back all authority in heaven and earth which he declared in Matthew 28:18. Now this is where it gets amazing.Christ then re-delegates that authority or dominion to His followers (not all of humanity) but exclusively to those who believe in Him as Lord and Savior.

Water baptism is a public declaration of our faith in Christ and serves as an outward testament to our commitment to follow Jesus. Unfortunately, it ends there for too many believers. But it is the baptism with the Holy Spirt that provides the transformative power.

To be baptized with the Holy Spirit is an entirely different ball game. Think about it, if God deemed it necessary for whatever reason to have the Holy Spirit descend on Jesus how much more do we need Him. We desperately need God’s Spirit to move us forward and accomplish His will for our lives. It is the Holy Spirit upon us that empowers us to stand against the enemies within and those without.

Regardless of your religious practices or denomination if you call yourself a follower or believer in Christ you will have to face, go to war, and battle these three enemies a daily basis. All three of these enemies are controlled and manipulated by their lying commander and chief Satan. He has charged them with bringing daily pressure and conflict to the world and especially to those who claim faith in Christ.

I believe the use of military terminology is appropriate in order to capture the gravity of these existing threats. I will expose the identities of these three enemies and how they work together to wreck havoc on the world and the lives of those who choose to follow Christ.

We have the resources to live a victorious life through Prayer, Faith, Knowledge with action and the Holy Spirit. Jesus gave us the authority to overcome all kinds of evil. I encourage you to Claim this Truth when you feel shaken and threatened remember the power of Christ reigns in you. Press into this power and ask God to make his power known in your life.

I discovered regardless of how much faith you have there will be times when it becomes difficult to see positive outcomes or hold onto the belief that you are blessed by God. One of the more interesting elements about being blessed by the Lord is if its not recent we tend to forget and then lose sight of how he cares for us on a daily basis.

To experience the transformative power found within these three dimensions of blessing requires a high level of intentionality on our part. Meaning you will have to make a concerted effort to think upon these three factors on a daily basis. Like eating breakfast, lunch and dinner, reminding yourself throughout the day that Lord is blessing me in these three dimensions.

Here are the three dimensions:

1. The Lord will bless you through other people.
2. The Lord will bless the work of your hands.
3. The Lord will bless you through supernatural means or methods

The Holy Spirit quietly asked if I knew the difference between his hand my hands? Now this took me awhile before I realized its never been about my hands or ability. I can not use my hands to bless the things I do. Even when I think its me, the reality is IT is the lord that enables me do things I do. That is why all thanks belong to the Lord for every single good thing I’ve done in this life.

Have you struggled with pursuing that which the lord has placed in your spirit. If you find it difficult or even impossible to act on the new insights and initiatives given to you by God it probably isn’t because you lack faith or don’t want to do it. There are three distinct challenges we face when attempting to move to another level in this life especially when it comes manifesting the word of God in our lives.

1. Satan and the powers of darkness taking advantage of those who lack understanding so the word is stolen from them. Remember Jesus told us the enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy
2. Those who have no roots and have essentially built their foundation on sand which crumbles under the pressures and stresses of this life.
3. Cares of this world and the deceitfulness of Riches which tend work together to destroy followers and make them unfruitful for the kingdom.

If you want to experience this life in the way God designed it to be you need to understand how these three challenges will hinder us in the spiritual and natural dimensions of our lives. The foundational passages of scriptures that sheds light on this issue is found in Matthew chapter 13 verses nineteen through twenty three where Jesus explains the parable of the sower.

I’m not sure how you handle crisis, difficulty or trouble but in today’s podcast I want to equip you with a deeper understanding of the process the Lord has given to us to effectively call on him when trouble hits. Let me clear something up for those whose lives seem trouble free. Sooner or later trouble and difficultly is coming into your life. No matter how well you take care of yourself or how nice you are to others. The passage of Scripture found in Job chapter fourteen and verse one which states that our days are short and full of trouble.

The foundation for calling on God is found in Psalm 50:15 where the Lord declares to Call on Me in the day of trouble and I will deliver you and you should glorify me. The key elements of this passage is to call on God, Deliverance and giving glory to God.

Calling on the Lord is more then mere words. It is an act of faith and worship. Let’s get into these three elements for a clearer understanding of the process to effectively call on God in times of trouble.
