🙋🏿‍♀️Her Why!? She worked a career for two decades where her voice was not heard. Losing that career, though she did not know it - gave her an opportunity! 🖥️Reality vs. Social Media Realtors do not do a good job of showing the true realities of the job and the business! Realtors need to do better! Social media is a marketing tool and not a way of life!

📈Managing The Process The entire buying and selling process is all about the client and it's a realtor's job to always remain calm! No matter what!

🙉What would you tell someone starting to run their business? Communication is key! Being able to speak well and honestly on whatever the situation is. Respecting other business owners is important. Focus on the task and keep the exterior noise OUT!
