Dream Coming True!
His parent's dream is being lived through him and his siblings. He spoke with people from within his community to get some guidance and now he's living his dream and is very happy about it.

Breaking the mold was the biggest challenge and getting the team to understand their vision. People do not like change.

They key to his success, working with someone with different skills that compliment yours! Also having the confidence in knowing sometimes you are not the smartest person in the room - helps in your success!
COVID-19 Provided An Opportunity!
COVID-19 presented an opportunity for them to re-tool and re-think their business. You learn to appreciate your people and they in turn feel appreciated.

Hardest part of the business - managing people! Managing people's personal goals and do they align with the goals of the business!?
