  • 220: The Reset Rebel meets Do Something for Nothing´s founder Joshua Coombes
    Mar 3 2026

This week on The Reset Rebel, Jo Youle meets Joshua Coombes, founder of the global movement Do Something For Nothing.

What began as a simple act — offering free haircuts to people experiencing homelessness — evolved into an international initiative rooted in dignity, human connection and small, powerful acts of kindness.

In this deeply human conversation, Joshua shares:

    • How a single haircut sparked a global movement

    • The psychology of kindness and visibility

    • Why connection matters more than charity

    • What he’s learned from conversations on the street

    • How small actions can ripple far beyond what we imagine

We talk about ego, vulnerability, purpose — and what it really means to “help” someone without expecting anything in return.

This episode is not about saviourism. It’s about presence and about remembering that dignity is universal.

  • 219: The Reset Rebel meets translator Dan Cohen
    Feb 24 2026

This week on The Reset Rebel, Jo Youle sits down with island translator Dan Cohen, a man who has quietly helped bridge cultures on Ibiza for decades.

From translating books and ideas across languages, to interpreting the subtleties of island life itself, Dan shares what it really means to live between worlds — linguistically, culturally and personally.

    In this chat we explore:

    • How language shapes identity

    • The art (and responsibility) of translation

    • What Ibiza looks like through a translator’s lens

    • Why words matter more than ever in a divided world

    • The hidden stories behind bringing books to life in another language

Dan also reflects on his TEDx experience and what it means to speak publicly about ideas that connect rather than divide.

This episode is for anyone fascinated by language, culture, storytelling — and the quiet power of those who help us understand one another.

  • 215: The Reset Rebel Meets Non Alchoholic drinks founder James Winstanley
    Feb 4 2026

Guest Number 215 is a man I met in Goa upon the magic sands of Mandrem.

At that time, I was doing my yoga teacher training and having an early mid life crisis & he was an Ayurvedic massage therapist living in New York.

James Winstanley was also in a duo, playing the hang drum and came to play a few sessions in our yoga shala and we became firm friends.

One day we drank some very bad and extremely low quality Indian Gin that left me with an awful Head the next day as you will hear in our chat and James went on to tinker with some tinctures after sampling some at a house party one night at our previous podcast guests home, Helen Noakes aka guest no 41.

The rest as they say is history and that tinkering led to the creation of his Nomadic spirit drink, which he has just launched, which is made from medicinal herbs and tinctures and is actually leaves you feeling rather wonderful.

  • 214: The Reset Rebel Meets Gregorio Canellas of Meet the Sea
    Jan 16 2026

We are back for 2026 and what better was to return than to kick off with a trip down south to the stunning aqua surround sound and vista of Cala Comte to join The Reset Rebel hostess Jo Youle to welcome in the new year and have a conversation shaped by Balearic sea air, stillness, and Ocean perspective.

We are joined by island local born and bred native, Gregorio Canellas, founder of Meet the Sea — a project rooted in conscious connection with the ocean and the natural rhythms of Ibiza.

What began as a love for the sea has grown into a platform for presence, education, reflection, and meaningful experiences on the water.

    We talk about:

    • Building a project that’s led by values, not volume

    • The role of the ocean in grounding, healing, and clarity

    • Ibiza beyond the noise — nature, balance, and intention

    • What it means to slow down and listen and fully connect.

Recorded perched on the cliff tops with the aqua crystalline waters as our backdrop, this episode is an invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect — with yourself and the environment around you.

For more chats like these, do head over to the Meet The Sea website for more conversations at sunset across the summer HERE.

Our Podcast Course run by Jo will be over four Fridays in February 10-1pm CET.
