  • 210: The Reset Rebels meets Sexology and Regenerative Gynecology specialist : Marta Recio Rodriguez
    Apr 11 2025
Today we release our final interview from TedX Dalt Vila on the Reset Rebel for Episode 210! Feels like a huge milestone this year and might just whet your appetite for the weekend in more ways than one, for what’s is still to come!!

Dr. Marta Recio Rodriguez is a specialist in sexology and regenerative gynecology, with a clinical and academic focus on women’s sexual health, anatomy, and wellness.

Her work explores the intersection between medical science, psychology, and the cultural narratives that have historically shaped — and often silenced — the conversation around female pleasure.

Throughout her career, Marta has listened to countless women share their deepest fears, insecurities, and questions — many of which are still wrapped in stigma or shame.

She says women’s sexual pleasure has long been pushed to the margins of both medicine and society.

So today, we’re flipping the script as Marta invites us to re-examine the science, the silence, and the societal blind spots… as she did in her talk, “The Clitoris: The Story of the Button No One Can Find." - Coming soon to Ted X Youtube, but first we hope you learn something in todays episode.

  • 209: The Reset Rebel meets Forensic Architecht Bob Trafford
    Apr 2 2025
Last Saturday as I hosted TED X Dalt Vila on stage here in Ibiza, I invited a talk about the Truth.

It IS supposed to be absolute, unquestionable and the facts that form the very foundation of everything we know or at least expect to be true.

But in today’s world—where deepfakes blur reality, misinformation spreads like wildfire, and algorithms shape what we see and believe—how do we even begin to separate fact from fiction?

We live in an era where narratives outweigh nuance and headlines out shout honesty.

Where the sheer volume of information doesn’t make us more informed, but more divided, more uncertain, and more vulnerable to have the wool pulled over our eyes.

Our next speaker is someone who carved out career as an investigative journalist.

Bob Trafford spent years unearthing hidden truths, analysing evidence, and navigating the delicate line between what is real and what is manufactured working for Forensic Architecture.

His work doesn’t just reveal what we believe to be true—but why we believe it.

So, in a world where the truth is increasingly up for debate, how do we find it?

And just as importantly—how do we protect it?

  • 208: The Reset Rebel meets Archeologist Trevor J Wallace
    Mar 26 2025
Beneath the surface of the sea, buried under layers of time, lie stories waiting to be told.

Right now, today´s podcast guest is quite literally uncovering history—on an under water excavation in Menorca, exploring a shipwreck lost to time.

But archaeology isn’t just about the past. It’s about the present—and the future.

It’s about understanding where we come from so we can navigate where we are going.

Trevor J Wallace is an explorer, artist, and filmmaker, as well as the Vice President of Research & Education at The Explorers Club.

From Scythian tombs to submerged shipwrecks, from sacred sites in Hawai’i to the stories we haven’t yet discovered, his work is about more than artifacts— it is about understanding the human experience.

So why does archaeology matter now—in a world dominated by technology, speed, and an ever-accelerating present?

Because the deeper we dig, the more we understand.

  • 206: The Reset Rebel meets ambient musician Coco Francavilla
    Mar 12 2025
Coco Francavilla is not a scientist or an ocean explorer. She has a long history as a musician and working in the music industry.

For 25 years, as a composer, artist, and sound engineer she has been immersed in the music world—fascinated by how art and science intertwine.

I’ve explored sound not just as music, but as something deeper—how it can unite, heal, and inspire us and that is exactly why she set up her NGO, Musicforthesea.org.

Through multidisciplinary and artistic engagements, the aim is to enhance understanding and appreciation of marine ecosystems.

Together, she wishes we can protect the Ocean because it is integral to our future—the Ocean is us, and we are the Ocean.

Hear her talk, Re-Oceaning, on the stage at TEDx Dalt Vila on March 29th.

    Tickets are available here.
