I am pleased to share my first ever actual guest on the Professional Weirdo slot – the lovely Claudia from Claudia Sabina Wellness!

Claudia is a self-love and empowerment coach, fear of success instructor & trainer, podcast host of Empowered By Claudia and the founder of Claudia Sabina Wellness Ltd.

In this episode we discuss the difference between self care and self love, how you can improve your own self love and watch the incredible knock on effects in your life and business, as well as hearing Claudia's personal story about how she became a coach.

Claudia is a huge inspiration to those trapped in a life that they want to transform – she found herself pregnant, in an abusive marriage with her self worth at rock bottom and unable to see a way out.

Not only has she turned her own life around, but her coaching journey was so transformative, she decided to train to become a certified life & self-love coach so that she could support others in their healing journey too.
