Let's just take a minute and strip it all back. Why do I need so many things to run? It shouldn't be this hard? Wait, I forgot this. I need two footpods to track this. My heart rate strap needs to be adjusted. All of these things and more are reasons to take a step back and evaluate where you are and what you actually need for your next run.

Also, we talk about another race. The Tulip Time 5k and 10k here in Holland Michigan. A really fun event with a great course and great people along the way.
