  • To the Girl Wanting to Quit Her Recovery
    Aug 31 2020

Hello, my loves! Welcome back to the podcast! In this episode, I get a little vulnerable about how truly toxic my eating disorder was to me and my life! I really felt called to share this message with you all because I know how stressful times can lead to us falling back into our old coping ways and for me, that used to mean either restrictive eating or binging late at night!

In this episode, I wanted to share some encouragement with you to go through with your own recovery or food healing journey and hopefully some clarity around why this decision to change your life for the better can sometimes be so scary, but also INCREDIBLE necessary!

I talk about how our disorders are very similar to toxic relationships, why so many times before I had tried to recover but always fell back to my old food struggling ways, and the mindset shifts I had to fully make to leave my eating disorder in the dust once and for all!

To the girl wanting to quit on her recovery, you may be just at the top of the mountain, just imagine the beautiful image and adventure on the other side of it!
