Real life application to enjoying Me

I've already tried it and feel hesitantly positive. My brain likes the hows and whys and Emilie gives both. I know that I learned depression from my upbringing as well as our natural tendency toward negative remembrance. I'm hoping that this next step in my life travels brings me closer to liking living because way too much time has been spent looking for a way out.
