    Your body is talking, it's time to listen.

    This week, I was SO excited to have the opportunity to chat with the beautiful and super knowledgable Nat Kringoudis. We chat all things periods, endometriosis and womens health along with food choices, hormones, body education and lifestyle. I learnt so much (as I always do when listening to Nat) and I totally fan girled the whole time.

    Nat is a Dr of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncturist and Best Selling Author. She’s also the owner of The Pagoda Tree, a hub for natural fertility & women’s health in Australia. Along with this she is the co host of two epic podcasts; The Wellness Collective and The Period Party.

    Nat recgonised the large gap between conventional medicine and supporting wellness and has developed a unique style to women’s natural health care – integrating the western medical approach with alternative therapies, Chinese medicine and natural fertility methods.

    Natalie has accepted the task of inspiring wellness, not only to those embarking on becoming parents, but equally important to her, educating young women of how their choices shape their reproductive health. She believes this is the key to addressing the infertility epidemic. For Natalie, fertility isn’t just about babies, it’s about outstanding health. Her knowledge in fertility and natural medicine regularly features in her column in Australian Natural Health magazine, in major publications, including Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan as well as regular TV appearances as a wellness expert for the Today Show & The Morning Show. She is also a multiple best selling author, her latest achievement Beautiful You helping women to understand their body and support their hormones through their lifestyle.

    Francesca Elizabeth is not only a shining soul who radiates love and light she is an internationally certified transformation coach. Having worked in the corporate sector for over 10 years in some of the largest organisations in the world, she saw the wellbeing of her colleagues, friends and her own wellbeing suffer as a result of the fast paced, stressful and often overwhelming world we find ourselves in. She knew that in order to heal herself and to allow herself to step up and lead in business and life, that she would have to work from the inside out.

    Once she worked on the concept of allowing herself the freedom in which to explore her passion, creativity and what that meant to her, unlocking and moving through old fears and limiting beliefs, moving the body for enjoyment rather than punishment and eating from a place of self love and nourishment for mind, body and soul, she found, that not only did her overall wellbeing and mindset within her life and business drastically improved, but so did the profitability of her business too. By channeling trapped and stagnant energy in the mind and body through a combination of cognitive, energetic, spiritual and bodywork it opened up a door and ignited a passion for teaching other women to lean in and do the same.

    Her work is about igniting the mind, body and soul. She guides, mentors, coaches and personally cheerleads well warriors as they begin the best and most rewarding conversation of their life; the conversation they have with themselves.

    Her message in its true essence is about living in alignment.

    She believes that coaches are no longer being called to deliver a neatly packaged solution for a one size fits all market, but to work more deeply, soulfully, collaboratively, and to create space and connection to better enable clients to come home to themselves.
