Carrie is back (two years later) and… a LOT has happened.

We talk wedding planning, what early marriage has actually looked like, and some of the harder moments along the way, including miscarriage and how isolating that experience can feel.

Now she’s eight months pregnant with a baby boy (currently going by “Butch”), getting ready for a baby shower, newborn life, and still trying to land on a name.

We also get into buying and renovating a house, her work in organ donation and transplant coordination, finishing two master’s degrees, and how she’s balancing all of that at once.

It’s one of those episodes that’s equal parts life update, real talk, and just catching up on everything that can happen in two years.

We talk about her journey with infertility, PCOS, IVF, miscarriage, and what led her and her husband to private adoption. She shares what the adoption process was actually like, how they were matched with both of their kids, and all the emotions, chaos, and unknowns that came with it.
