    Success isn’t always about adding more to our lives. Sometimes the real progress comes from removing what gets in the way, replacing what no longer serves us, and renewing our commitments to the life we want to build.

    In this Momentum Monday episode, Chris shares a simple but powerful framework for creating forward momentum: Remove, Replace, Renew.

    First, he talks about removing friction from the habits we want to build. Often the difference between success and failure is something small. For Chris, that means laying out workout clothes the night before so the decision to train in the morning is already made. By eliminating obstacles, we make it easier to follow through on the commitments we care about.

    Next, Chris discusses the importance of replacing unhealthy habits with healthier alternatives. Real change rarely happens by simply removing something from our lives. It happens when we intentionally fill that space with something better. Chris shares how he replaced alcohol with non-alcoholic beer, water, and soda water—small changes that support long-term health and performance.

    Finally, the episode explores renewing our goals and commitments. Life changes, seasons shift, and sometimes our goals need to evolve with us. Renewing a goal might mean recommitting to it—or it might mean adjusting it into something smaller and more achievable. Progress doesn’t always require bigger goals; sometimes it requires more realistic, bite-sized ones.
