These short meditations are so well done. Today I felt stressed and did two app meditations that didn’t help. I played one of these and it helped. I liked her explanation of why and how staying present can calm us and help us heal from the effects stress and unpacked emotions can cause.

These 10 minutes are the most precious minutes of my day. I’ve found myself tuning in so much that I made it a habit. Now I can’t start my day without Kathryn (although I do listen other times too when I need it). I love how approachable and simple the meditations are. Especially because meditation has a stigma of being mysterious and rigorous. The easygoing atmosphere is delicious! And as someone with PTSD, anxiety, perfectionist tendencies, etc. I can actually get out those for a bit. What a sweet relief! My therapy when I can’t get therapy. Thank you Kathryn!!
