  • It's finally here! Stump Jump Week!! We cover everything - aid stations, creek crossings, good nutrition strategies for a warm day, and we make our predictions.


    Join us Friday morning at 7 am at the Guild Trailhead at OCHS highway for a shakeout run. It will be an easy 3-5 mile out and back on Guild Trail - we can't wait to see you.
