    Decades of dieting followed, until she finally found the real path to lasting change: mindset, self-trust, and powerful inner work.

    Roberta has since released 60 pounds—during a period that included knee replacement surgery—and for the first time in her life, she’s discovered what it means to truly maintain her weight with joy and freedom.
