  • When a young boy finds a potato bigger than him, even bigger than a house, who can he ask to help him dig it out? We all have tasks just a little too big to take on by ourselves, but it's a strong thing to ask for help and a strong thing to give it. Parents, here are 4 powerful ways to connect with your little one during the episode: 1) When your child is prompted to pretend to be a carrot seed encourage them to climb deep into their covers. When they grow, have them make their body longer on their bed instead of standing up. 2) When your child is prompted to imagine the color orange you could point to something in the room that is orange or have something orange available for them to look at. 3) You can show your child what a belly breath looks like by modeling it for them. 4) When your child is prompted to say the affirmations say them with your child and feel free to follow them up by telling your child something important they bring to your family or something they did that day to make your family a better place.
